- How do I install SignalLane and turn it on?
Install the app, switch on the SignalLane app embed in your theme editor, and check the setup guide on Home. You never edit theme code.
- How do I test a rule without redirecting real shoppers?
Add ?signallane_preview=1 to any storefront address. You see the banner or notice a visitor would get, nothing is recorded, and you are never redirected.
- How do I write my first redirect rule?
Open Visitor rules, create a rule, choose who sees it and where they go, then save. Saving publishes the rule to your storefront; check it with the preview link.
- Plans and usage: what each plan includes and what counts
Starter, Growth and Pro differ in visitors routed, rules, linked stores, products and AI credits each billing period. Linking stores starts on Growth. Going over the visitors or products never stops anything.
- What is on the Settings page?
Settings links to Default look, Notifications, Integrations, AI credits, Translations and Help. SignalLane does not send emails yet, and Klaviyo stays off until you connect it.
- Which pages does SignalLane never run on?
No rule redirects or shows a banner on the cart, checkout, account and order pages, or Shopify's password and challenge pages. Only the cart suggestion and the store closed page show on the cart.
