- How do I link two of my stores?
Press Invite a store on one store's Stores page, then enter its SL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX code on the other. Codes last 7 days, work once, and both stores need the Growth plan or above.
- How does SignalLane know the other store sells the same product?
It finds the same product on the other store among products that are active and published there, using its own copy of both catalogues.
- What can a rule do once stores are linked?
A rule can send visitors to the linked store, offer the same product there, suggest it in the cart or at checkout, and list it in the store-picker layouts. Its orders are attributed too.
- Which market of my linked store does a visitor land on?
When the linked store sells to the visitor's country through one of its markets, SignalLane sends them to that market, in their language when it offers it. Otherwise they go to its main address.
