- How are data requests and deletions handled?
Shopify passes your customers' data and deletion requests to SignalLane automatically. Deletions happen as they arrive; a data request is recorded and sent to you when you ask.
- What data does SignalLane store about my shoppers?
A random browser id from Shopify, the landing page and campaign tags, and each order's id, total and currency. No shopper names, phone numbers, addresses or IP addresses.
- Which cookies does SignalLane set, and how does consent work?
One cookie, only when a rule remembers a shopper's answer and they allowed preferences. Everything else lasts one visit. Shopify runs the pixel only when the shopper's choices allow analytics.
